Summer Camp 2025
The big boulder starts rolling slowly.

Not Quite Like Last Year
While I did manage to write articles to all forty prompts, it was more of a struggle than last year. I was a bit slow to get started and I got sick again in the last week; despite having planned to go back and improve a couple of the earlier articles before the end of the challenge, I was unable to. However, I was able to accomplish my goal of writing articles - at least most of them - about members of the crew of the Ivende or the places they are from. I am even quite happy with several of them and Linebound is definitely a better setting for having written them all. I must also admit to giving in to the humorous part of my brain with things like wealth being a disease and the two prompts that followed that idea were just ripe for revolution or an article about a dream house that isn't complete even in the mind of the dreamer. Even an article that is just blood - blood for the blood god and all that.On the Railroad
This year, I challenged myself to do all of the prompts in the order they were presented. It was hard to hold back when I had ideas for later prompts and writer's block for the one that was next but I got there eventually. There was no real point to doing this other than doing it. Just now, in August, after Summer Camp is my work schedule finally calming down. I have released three of the four custom Magic sets for the year! Haven't gotten out biking too much though, the wildfire smoke has made it a bit difficult. Definitely doing well in this new community though, have some good friends and we have game nights and everything!
