The Communication Accord

The Communication Accord arose in the age of rediscovery, when distant federations had grown apart through time and translation. Knowledge traveled slower than rumor, and unity risked becoming myth. The Accord established universal standards of language, education, and archival preservation across the federations.   It created the League of Translators and the first planetary script — not to erase tongues, but to ensure comprehension between them. Through these measures, the federations regained shared memory, rebuilding intellectual bridges long weathered by isolation.   The Communication Accord made dialogue itself a civic right. It bound Koina not by blood or proximity, but by the constant exchange of understanding.
