Symbol(s):

Physical Form Appearance:

The lower half of ends in two finned legs when in water, while her torso, head, and arms are beautifully human. She has a silvery skin that fades into silver-blue scales on the lower half of her body. Her hair is a blue-green. Personality/Demeanor:

She is primarily quiet and soft-spoken, and her movements are always fluid and it’s as if she is almost dancing every move she makes. Should someone actually gain her ire, she will waste no time in rendering a swift and guaranteed painful ending. This is usually in the form of drowning….repeatedly

Divine Powers:

  • Raise/Lower Tides

  • Dryland drowning
  • She has the ability to force a being to have their lungs fill with a seemingly unending flow of water. This prevents the unfortunate from breathing and in effect, they drown.

    Artifacts

    There is an artifact that was supposedly created by Nequ’el for the primary use of defending the faithful. It is simply the hilt of a sword. However, if the correct prayer is uttered a “blade” of water appears out of the hilt. This blade is a perfectly balanced vorpal blade. This blade will cut through anything that is not +4 or better. On a roll of 17-20, it will decapitate, on a roll of 15-16 it will remove a limb. One of the drawbacks of using this devastating weapon is that the wielder will only hear the sound of waves crashing, the harder (more successful the hit) the blow the louder the sound. All those around the wielder will also hear waves crashing after every swing but not at the same volume as the one swinging it. There is a cumulative chance of 5% per round of going deaf from the sound.
