Oxtul (ɒks' tʌl)

Symbols:

.The constellation of the hand scythe, sickle, hoe, or plow; is identified at the height of mid-fall known as Nobam

Physical Form Appearance:

A rather large muscled man with dark skin and extremely broad shoulders. He is rarely seen with a shirt or shoes on and always has a pair of blacksmith’s gloves on.

Personality/Demeanor:

Oxtul's visage puts many ill at ease if they have never met him before, but once he starts talking and working, that quickly fades. He is all too quick to help with a laborious task or help with with the harvesting. He will try to inspire those around him to join in the work, singing songs or tapping a beat that is for his patron. It should be known that even though Gel'n'ven is the god of Agriculture and Crops, it is still up to those followers of Oxtul to harvest those crops as efficiently and as diligently as their faith demands.

At present, there aren’t any priests in the religious sense but there are those who have taken serious notice of Oxtul and his work ethic and persistence. Spreading out from his home, people have been heard saying, “He/She worked like Oxtul”, or “Oxtul would be proud of their efforts”.
