Physical Form Appearance:

She is always seen as a beautiful aquatic elf with gills, with flowing deep ocean blue hair, and pale shoreline blue eyes. Her skin is the color of the sunlight dancing off of seaweed, her fingers are long with webbing between them. If she should ever decide to come out on land, she will appear the same but only without the gills and webbed fingers.   Personality/Demeanor: .  

History/Ascension:

Nequ'el watched Elephi for many years of her life. Watched her continue to protect the coastline and watched her dedication to Nequ'el all her life. Elephi would always try to balance allowing her friends and her family to fish and make a living and to allow enough fish to thrive. Always making sure that no one type was overfished. She would protect the larger aquatic and terrify those trying to capture her larger friends, such as whales. Occasionally she would offer her services for the best fishing holes. If she knew they were there for treasure hunting and not fishing she would lead them away and usually be gone by the next morning leaving them stranded far from their intended destination. No matter how far out she was, some how she would be returned home. Nequ'el has granted Elephi the ability to spend more and more time in the water, for every 24hrs in the water she can spend 12 hours on land She has a giant sea turtle that she has raised from a hatchling and it always returns to her after every mating season.

        Turning: Just like her patron, she can only turn those undead that have 'died' from drowning, this makes them highly sought after by those that travel by sea and fear they will be entering 'haunted' waters. All other undead are treated as if the priest is two levels lower.     Omens:

    Primarily priests of Nequ’el speak of Elephi and at times will send those who are curious, interested, and wishing to follow her ways to Elephi's shrines. There is a 50% chance that Elephi will be at one of the coastal shrines.
