Priests will always wear something that has swan feathers sewn into it or get them tattooed on their bodies
Polyamorous - actually it is expected to have no less than 3 'partners' by reaching middle age, they do not marry in the common sense of marriage, but have multiple partners at different locations.
If a partner decides to be devoted to a single priest, it is done solely by the choice of the partner, not of the priest.

Journals are diaries always written in first-person perspective
Priests will defend their journals viciously, they will always start with the minimum amount of force, they will not kill the thief, and they will however take a thumb.
Priests have been known to risk their lives and at times have lost their lives in retrieving their journals. They feel the loss of a journal is the loss of a life.
A priest must devote all resources and time to recovering it.
If they are found to have abandoned a journal, they will be excommunicate from the church and lose all priest abilities.
If a priest is found to have embellished his journal, priests are giving a choice of either excommunication or to actually accomplish the task/deeds/events. With no gain to experience levels
Once they have made true the embellished tasks, they can then start a new journal and gain experience again.

Priests
These priests are sought out for their wisdom and experience, the difficulty that most kings, queens, dictators, warlords have is keeping them in place for more than a year. As it is a requirement for these wandering priests to not stay in one place for too long. If two priests are on the opposite sides they will, at the expense of the monarch, will try to find out who’s had more experience based on the winner. They may try to avoid the conflict if their experience shows them it will be a protracted conflict.
