Symbols:
Standing bear
Physical Form Appearance:
He shows the signs of someone who has spent time in the woods with animals and he shows several scars from some of those encounters. When he's in his element he wears little more than woven breeches with a braided vine belt. On the rare occasion that he goes into a city, he wears a woven robe and will always have some form of woodland creature either on his person or following him.
Personality/Demeanor:
Kind-hearted to his animals but can be considered aloof or even detached when he interacts with humanoids. He will always speak in quiet tones to all animals and when speaking to 'city dwellers' his vocabulary is very small and will answer questions with just a nod. If he sees any animal being mistreated he will confront the abuser with a polite approach, and if they ignore his pleas then it can be guaranteed the Beteamie will 'punish' the abuse in the same fashion they were abusing the animal. If the animal dies because of abuse or neglect at the hands of a humanoid master, he will have no compunction to teach the abuser the error of their ways as well as release the poor animal. In the spirit of nature's neutrality, he will not however interfere with the normal animal events that occur in nature. He will also 'let the animal rest' if it is suffering from injury.
History/Ascension:
Belongs to the tribe that was at war with humans in the northern woodlands. The war with the humans was still raging when he was born and for most of his young years, he only understood that they were at war and that his tribe was always on the move. Pi'ong Da'i is also guiding him just as she is Xyphil.

Notes & Remarks: Followers will always 'ask' the animal's permission and afterward will thank it for its service. If hunting they will recite a prayer for 'forgiveness' for an hour before sunrise. Before killing the animal for food, they will recite a prayer of thanks. They will never leave an animal to suffer, if possible, they will nurse it back to health, if this is not possible a prayer is spoken to have the animal taken to the “Great Roaming Fields”. At which time they will euthanize the suffering animal.
There are schools of fighting in some cultures that will specialize in the fighting style of a particular a non-magical forest animal.
