Magic School: Necromancy
Necromancy spells are those that can manipulate life itself. As this is a somewhat broad umbrella, the Necromancy school is quite varied, featuring spells that can raise the dead or deal damage to one's enemies.
Due to the life-manipulating nature of this school, nearly all of its damaging spells deal necro damage. It should also be noted that this school is home to effects that can plague other creatures with detrimental ailments.
Rank 0 (Basic) :
- Chill Touch
Name : Chill Touch
Description : You create a ghostly, skeletal hand in the space of a creature that clings to the target and assail it with the chill of the grave. Casting time : 1 Action
Cooldown : - Range : 120 ft
Duration : 1 turn Effect :
The target take 1 Heart of Necro Damage. Once until your next turn, if the target try to regain Hearts, reduce the regained amount by 1. If you hit an undead target, it also has Disadvantage on Attack rolls against you until your next turn.
Casted as Rank 2 :
- The target take 1 additionnal Heart of Necro Damage.
- The target cannot regain Hearts until your next turn.
- Sapping Sting
Name : Sapping Sting
Description : You sap the vitality of one creature you can see. Casting time : 1 Action
Cooldown : - Range : 30 ft
Duration : Instantaneous Effect :
The target take 1 Heart of Necro Damage. The target must also succeed a Constitution Check or suffer Ailment (Prone).
Casted as Rank 2 :
- The target take 1 additionnal Heart of Necro Damage.
- The target automatically suffer Ailment (Prone).
- Spare the Dying
Name : Spare the Dying
Description : You touch a creature that is about to die or has just died, to save it. Casting time : 1 Action
Cooldown : 1 Day Range : Touch
Duration : Instantaneous Effect :
Save from death a creature, and it become Knockout instead :- Even at 0 Hearts Total, the creature can be stabilized, but will need Treatment of injuries to get back to at least 1 Hearts Total before regaining consciousness.
- On undead or constructs, including Specie: Mechanoid.
- If the creature has been death for more then 2 turns.
- If the creature suffered a Messy death.
- Omen of death
Name : Omen of death
Description : You point at one creature you can see within range, and the sound of a dolorous bell fills the air around it for a moment. Casting time : 1 Action
Cooldown : - Range : 60 ft
Duration : Instantaneous Effect :
The target suffer Ailment (Rotted). If the target already suffered Damage, it also take 1 Heart of Necro Damage.
Casted as Rank 2 :
The target also take 1 Heart of Necro Damage. If the target already suffered Damage, it take 1 additionnal Heart of Necro Damage.
