Rule: Armor types
Protective clothing is classified into four Armor Types, which group together armor of a similar performance. For example, leather rags and a courtier’s mail shirt offer a low protective value and are considered Light Armor.
Each Armor Type has :
Your Class and Species size limit the Armor Types you are able to use without penalty.
Removing/Equiping an armor :
- Defense Bonus : The amount the Armor improves your Defense Rating.
- Max. Speed : This is the highest Speed achievable while wearing the armor.

Wearing restricted Armor means…
- The Armor’s Max. Speed is reduced by one step.
- All your Attack roll are in Disadvantage.
- All your Strength and Dexterity Check are in Disadvantage.
Removing/Equiping an armor :
Removing or equiping any armor takes between 1 to 10 minutes, depending of the Armor Types, unless otherwise stated, making it almost impossible to do it during a Fight.

Light

Armor that prioritizes speed over defensive performance, and covers only the most vital points on your body.
- Defense Bonus: +2.
- Max. Speed: Very Fast
Slot: 2
Cost: 30
Heavy

Thick, durable armor that provides strong protection for most of your body, at the expense of combat mobility.
- Defense Bonus: +6.
- Max. Speed: Average
Slot: 4
Cost: 120
Medium

Robust armor that provides good protection without heavily compromising your freedom of movement.
- Defense Bonus: +4.
- Max. Speed: Fast
Slot: 3
Cost: 60
Superheavy

A weighty protective shell that encases your entire body, but considerably restricts your maximum speed.
- Defense Bonus: +8.
- Max. Speed: Slow
