Rule: Treatment of injuries
To fully recover from the more grievous Injuries, you need to receive proper Treatment and, if healing naturally, a significant period of convalescence.
Treatment
Less severe Injuries, those that don’t require Magical or Advanced Treatment, can be remedied with a simple medical procedure and a little time. Treatment for organic characters- Treatments for the less severe Injury do not require specialist knowledge, all adventurer are familiar with rudimentary medical practice.
- If your Injury requires Treatment to remove, you need to use the Downtime (Heal an Injury).
- You can only heal a single Injury during Downtime (Heal an Injury).
If you have multiple Injuries, the least severe one is the first to be healed (you can choose between Standard Injury or Elemental Injury). - A removed Injury has no lasting physical effect, although you can choose whether the Injury leaves you with a memorable scar.
- Certain Abilities can also remove Injuries. How these work will be listed in the Ability’s description.
Magical/Advanced Treatment
Knowledge and ability to perform these advanced Treatment is rare and usualy require decades of learning and training. Advanced Treatment for MechanoidsProsthetic replacements
Synthetic limbs and body parts can be grafted on to both Mechanoids and organic folk. These rare parts must be engineered by Engineer.- Installing a Prosthetic Replacement requires a Engineer capable of working with Advanced Items to use a Downtime (Crafting).
- You must provide a suitable replacement body part prior to the attempt.
- Basic Prosthetic: Can't make motion on they own.
- Value: 100 golds.
- Inventory Slots: 3 slots (0 when grafted).
- Advanced Prosthetic: Can be powered by Technologie.
As long as its Technologie power flow, it can act just like a normal limb.
A single Mechanoid Quirk is integrated to it when made, activable by the Technologie. WARNING : If you aren't a Mechanoid, you can only have 1, and it's limited to 3 Charges.- Value: 250 golds.
