Base Speed: They have a speed of 20 feet, but their speed is never modified by armor or encumbrance.

Languages:/ They begin play speaking Common and Kharzav dialect of the dwarvish language. Kharz with high Intelligence scores can choose additional languages.

Racial Traits: Kharz have an innate ability to dodge attacks by giant subtype creatures. They have an increased resistance against poison, spells, and spell-like abilities. They have an innate ability to resist a bull rush or trip attempt while standing on the ground. Kharz love of gold and gems gives then an increased ability to appraise non-magical goods that contain precious metals or gemstones. Their interest and appreciation of worked stone increases their ability to examine stonework and find traps and hidden doors whenever they pass within 10 feet of them, whether they are actively looking. Spending most of their lives underground, Kharz have an increased knowledge of the underground realm and can see perfectly in the dark up to 90 feet. However, this manifests as light sensitivity, making it more difficult for them to see under bright conditions such as direct sunlight.
