Appearance: T’butae is depicted as a male who has the head of an eagle and wears blue robes.
Backstory: T’butae is one of the Learned Ones who visited Raios back when the elves were a new race. It was they who taught the elves the ways of magic, knowledge, laws, and wisdom. T’butae is the Master of Knowledge and has brought civilization to the races of Raios through his teachings of advanced knowledge.
