Appearance: A shadowy figure with an evil look and menacing red eyes.
Backstory: Utekh Vul is one of the Outsiders. He seeks to subject all civilized areas to his control.
Holy Symbol: A very symbol of iron forged into the shapes of many sharp horns
Alignment: Neutral Evil
Cleric Alignments: Neutral Evil is preferred. Lawful Evil, and Chaotic Evil are allowed.
