The Broad Claw

The Narrow Claw

The smaller of the two claws, the Narrow Claw seperates the waters of Moon's Light Harbor and the Sea of Dei Lodahr. Divided in two by mountains, the western half of the claw is noted for it's pleasant weather but unfertile lands. Stories tell that the earth shimmers on some nights the same as the harbor itself and that this is the cause of the problems which plague the soils.

The eastern half of the claw however, with brutal winds coming west from Forgeborne Bay and thundering storms, north of The Ashorene, the poor fishing villages of Eastrun, are able to farm easily in the fertile soils.

At the southernmost point of the claw lies The Isle of Mahrn who has become a new home for recently displaced Fell Islanders.

Moon's Light Harbor

The sandy shores of Moon's Light Harbor shimmer in the night sky as prismatic reflections from the glassy sands. It's said the moon lingers just a moment longer when centered over the Harbor.

Darohmar Marshes

The lowlands of the Darohmar Marshes mark the northeastern corner of the Claw of Groz Darohm. At the edge of the swamplands looms Lake Darohmar and the Khim Darohm Coast beyond it. The Marshes are home to the The Marshborne, worshippers of the Dancers In The Fens.

Darohmar Lobsters

The Darohmar Lobsters are crustaceans known to grow big as horses and who emit a magical aura common to the wildlife found throughout the Groz Darohm. The Darohmar Lobster nest within the many coves of Moon's Light Harbor.

Gemcrowned Wolves

Gemcrowned Wolves are similar in nearly way to traditional wolves found stalking forests all across the Mainland. What sets the Gemcrowned Wolves apart however, is a large mass of gemstones that grow out of a rend between their eyes that stretches from the base of the snout nearly to the tips of their ears.

Despite the gruesome nature of the wound, it does not appear to cause any harm to the animal. It in fact grants the wolf command over the lightening which emenates from the gem.
