Irin

Irin is the eastern grasslands of Khirina, the second most fertile region behind Enekland.

The Khirinan & Ordhovar Mountains

In the north of Khirina, are the Khirinan Mountains. The mountains are split into two ranges, one western range which hug the coast of the Western Expanse and a smaller eastern range. Living in these mountains and the valley between the two, Mountain Giants have settled.

To the direct south of these mountains are the Ordhovar Mountains, which run alongside the Khirinan Mountains. Nestled between the Western and Southern Mountains, the city of Ordhov can be found at the base of the valley.

The Western Moors

Half a thousand bog-lakes dot the Western Moors that make up the western end of Khirina. Two greater lakes stand out among many smaller lakes are the Melyn and the Lesser Melyn, both of which flank the Irinoffin city of Melynk.

Throughout the fens found throughout the moors, the buzzing of mosquitos fill the air in a constant drone which stretches from the coast by the Western Expanse east towards the Ordovar Mountains. In the westernmost hills, living outside the confines of the Grand Duke lie small fishing villages whose inhabitants are Disciples of The Sunder. While conflict with the Grand Duchy are not unheard of, their remote dwellings make the effort to reach them rarely worth the effort.

Enekland

The flatlands of the Enekland are renowned for the fertility and richness of it's soil which has made it the most populous part of Khirina.

Blighted Coast

Formerly the Hessian Peninsula, the Blighted Coast is a largely abandoned marshland now overrun by the blight which pours out from the Shrine of Aman'Yok

The Khirinan Mammoths are known for their long spiralled tusks and thick layers of mud-brown fur. These Mammoths are largely found in the northernmost parts of Khirina where human habbitation is at it's thinnest. Most populous in the valley of the Khirinan Mountains, the Mammoth holds special significance to the Giants living among the mountains as it's the Mammoth bones that provide status to the Giant Chiefs, and the Mammoth's Milk that allows them the necessary sustenance to survive without the capabillity to work their unfertile mountain lands.

All along the Western Moors of Khirina, are the grazing lands of the Reindeer which has become a symbol of Irinoffin Nobillity, displayed proudly on the banners of the Grand Duchy of Irinoff
