Enekland
"Enekland has stood true to the faith then, as we do now, as we will always. Your concerns, are my concerns, my conerns, are NOT your concerns. As your elected lord and ruler, it is my decree to follow the faith in this matter, and follow it, we shall."
-High Burgher Euken Garant, Addressing concerned crowds of the passing of the edict
The Republic of Enekland, formerly, the Kingdom of Enekland, the Republic is one of the two remaining powers on Khirina following the destruction of the Hessian Kingdom which had occurred After The Edict. Unique among the many major states of the mainland, Enekland is a rare and shining example of republicanism where right to rule is decided, not by hereditary order but through the casting of votes from among the highest born of the landed class and richest of the guild masters.
