Yonderverse Overhaul

Welcome to the Yonderverse Overhaul! Here I am writing out my plan to overhaul this massive world of mine. This plan came about in January 2025, when I started to feel overwhelmed by the backlog of old articles I wanted to re-write. I started to feel as if my world was beginning to stagnate, and most of my world became heavily outdated, and the standard of my new articles was astronomically higher than my old content, so I wanted to balance things out.

Phase 1

Phase 1 of the Yonderverse Overhaul focuses on improving navigation. I want to provide readers with several methods of navigating my world. Phase 1 includes creating template indexes, allowing readers to search for articles based on the World Anvil template used. The world codex has been overhauled for a more streamlined experience. I have also updated the tags on articles, allowing for articles to be searched for using that method as well.

Phase 2

Phase 2 of the Yonderverse Overhaul focuses on overhauling the worldbuilding content itself. This will be the longest Phase by far; as of writing this, Phase 2 has been ongoing for two months.

I will be overhauling a single planet at a time, giving everything a fresh coat of paint. In order to prevent any kind of burnout, I will allow myself to work on things at my own pace, and if I get tired of a planet, move on for the time being. I am not being too strict on myself, but I am encouraging myself to stick to a single region at a time and really giving it my all.
