Ilnáisiúnta

Ilnáisiúnta are the inhabitants of An'Croílár, the Heartland and central capital of Ihmisen Keh'to. Whether they used to be a race to themselves, with Conairí of their own, is unknown but nowadays the Ilnáisiúnta are of mixed heritage after millennia of being the central hub of The Cradle of Humanity and even their Conairí, Cosán Na'Comhleá, creates an admixture of the other four nations.

Culture

Culture and cultural heritage

In The Heartland it is almost unheard of for someone to not be skilled in at least two Na'Conairí and geniuses have made advancements in three, while the paragons of this way of thinking and hare skilled in all four of the Paths like Maitre Na'Daoine and almost all powerhouses have begun merging the four paths under the teachings of Cosán Na'Comhleá to create such things as Magitech.

Shared customary codes and values

Ilnáisiúnta seek utility and efficacy above almost all else, which is reflected within Cosán Na'Comhleá. If something works, they'll use it and if they find something that works better down the road they'll use that instead, and often think more of the purpose than the means by which that purpose is met. Some have found money or politics as the most efficient way to get what they want, enough so that their Merchant's Guild is the most powerful organization in all Ihmisen Keh'to.

Average technological level

An'Croílár is a strange but wonderful place under Ilnáisiúnta organization. Under Cosán Na'Comhleá they've created the most powerful trading fleets in all Ihmisen Keh'to which are often Magitech in nature but also bound to the soul of the owner like Cosán na'Biotáille treats their treasures... in fact just about everything Ilnáisiúnta create seem just as technologically advanced as Aireagóir inventions and just as magical as Draíocht creations, yet they also seem to both blend into nature like Soturi Ihmisiä and harness it like Cinn Thógtha. The combination isn't perfect, there are many flaws in fact, but if the guilds of Na'Comhrialtas had an official standing military instead of just volunteers from the guilds they're advancement alone would make them unbeatable in Ihmisen Keh'to.

Common Dress code

Ilnáisiúnta tend to dress in the fashion reflected by the Conairí they focus most on within Cosán Na'Comhleá and animal furs, lab coats, elegant finery, and priestly robes are all too common - so much so that it almost seems that Ilnáisiúnta don't have a fashion of their own... until you notice that that priestly robe highlights a knight's armor or that labcoat is worn over some courtly dress and often they'll change clothing multiple times per day depending on the activity taken on at the time.

Art & Architecture

Like in everything else Ilnáisiúnta blend elements of the other four nations to create something all their own in art and architecture - be it beautiful songs with passionate dances to elegant instrumental music or the strange mixture of stone, steel, and wood buildings blended together in something like Gothic and Asian castles blended together.

Common Customs, traditions and rituals

Like all other humans, Ilnáisiúnta, culture and the traditions derived thereof is almost entirely dependent upon their Conairí. As previously stated, the more of the other Conairí they master the better their prospects and once they begin fusing them together they're truly Paragons.

Coming of Age Rites

Coming of age as an Ilnáisiúnta depends more upon which guild within Na'Comhrialtas they belong to than any particular tradition, Artisans depend on their craftsmanship while Mages depend on their magical ability and Mercenaries based upon their completion of a mission while merchants on an amount of money... they just need to fulfill the requirement of the guild in question to be considered a free citizen of Na'Comhrialtas and therefore an adult.

Ideals

Beauty Ideals

Ilnáisiúnta take pride in their mixed heritage, seeing it as a physical reflection of their Conairí, and are the most diverse in appearance among all the human races. Some are have massive builds and a striking aura while others are insanely beautiful yet full of artificial augmentation... but they tend to all have a mid-brown skin palette, hazel eyes, and dark hair with facial features similar to all of the other four nation's races.

Gender Ideals

While not as strict as the hierarchy of Cinn Thógtha nor as free as Soturi Ihmisiä, they're also not as apathetic as Aireagóir and strike a balance between the genders which relies more on their personal ability rather than their gender itself. Its not uncommon to find an effeminate man nor a heroic woman among the Ilnáisiúnta, nor is it rare for the man to be reliant on an industrious woman, but the standard gender stereotypes of men being warriors and having power while women being supportive are nonetheless more common.

Courtship Ideals

Likewise, Ilnáisiúnta don't have arranged marriages like they do in Talamh Biotáille nor are they free to have fool around with anyone they wish like those in Tailte Fiaine. Unlike in Tír Tionscail they don't have extremely strict rules and regulations regarding reproduction and neither are they soley courting others for power like is the norm in Fásach Draíocht. As such, the act of finding a partner in An'Croílár tends to be more along the lines of personal preference though they still find it to be a serious subject.

Relationship Ideals

Most relationships of Ilnáisiúnta are of the normal mundane kind, a man and a woman in partnership for their mutual benefit and having children - but particularly influential members adopt something along the lines of the Kauniita Perheitä of Ríocht na'Draíocht turning their Manor into a familial clan of extended families, usually with the founder of the Manor having many children with one or more partners to ensure that they keep that heritage.

Major organizations

Na'Comhrialtas is a federation of multiple guilds, each headed by a Guildmaster with a particular penchant or passion for the mission of the guild in question be it the Artisan's Guild, the Mercenary Guild, the Merchant's Guild, or the Mage's Guild. The Merchant's Guild in particular is influential among them, have multiple Guildhalls across Ihmisen Keh'to in every major city and trading hub.
