Na'Comhrialtas

The Central Capital, where all paths meld together under the auspices of the various Guilds and Lords which govern the land, is a deceptively beautiful immortal's paradise where dark undercurrents of deadly political intrigue hide just under the vibrant surface like poison.

Structure

Na'Comhrialtas is run by a federation of Guilds, with high-ranked members being Lords with their own Manors. Each Guild has their own structure, but generally you have apprentices, journeymen, masters, champions, and guild masters. Each Lord's Manor is ran by the local lord, usually a high ranked (master or above) member of a Guild or other influential personage, though the internal structure of each differs.

Public Agenda

Na'Comhrialtas, the Guilds that run them, and the Lords derived therein have disparate goals and agendas but they remain united in two things - First; maintaining control over An'Croílár with its vast resources and strategic location in the very center of Ihmisen Keh'to and Second; controlling the overall situation in Ihmisen Keh'to through political intrigue and economics.

Assets

Na'Comhrialtas is the wealthiest civilization within Ihmisen Keh'to with access to just about every resource within The Cradle of Humanity due to their expansive trade empire. If you want it, and have the wealth or influence to get it, one only needs to seek out the Merchant Guild of Na'Comhrialtas.

History

Na'Comhrialtas has existed since time immemorial, with great influence in each of the four nations due to their enormous networks of trade fleets and willingness to take in members of each four nations and adapt their Paths to their own uses.

Demography and Population

Unlike the Four Nations which have an almost homogeneous population, Na'Comhrialtas is anything but. Over generations of interbreeding with the other sub-races of Human they've made their own Cinn Thógtha which takes up a majority of the population. However, despite the majority being Cinn Thógtha all four of the other sub-races have a major presence in An'Croílár belonging to one Guild or another.

Territories

Na'Comhrialtas runs An'Croílár, a beautiful immortal's paradise full of misty mountains, flowing rivers, majestic waterfalls, and flowering purple plum and sakura trees and have owned this land for many millennia. In addition, due to their strategic location and fleets of trade ships (both ocean faring and air-ships) Na'Comhrialtas has almost undisputed control over the inland sea, Sisämeri.

Military

Though officially without a military, Na'Comhrialtas is by no means weak militarily. The Guild Masters can command legions of mercenaries from the Mercenary Guild as well as sorcerers from the Magic Guild, not to mention the logistics dealt with by the Artisan's Guild. Unofficially, the various Lord's Manor each have their own private armies and the Guilds themselves have many guardian units responsible of protecting them.

Technological Level

Though not as advanced as the Four Nations in each individual Na'Conairí, their self-created Cosán Na'Comhleá has allowed them to achieve things through combining the paths in a synergistic manner, creating things such as Magitech (combining magic and science), spiritually refined weapons (combining the weapon refinement of the north with the soul-binding of the south), and many other such artifacts which combine two or three Na'Conairí into one product.

Foreign Relations

On the surface, Na'Comhrialtas is very amiable with the other four nations, but behind the scenes they constantly play the four nations against each other in addition to having trade deals which best suit their own interests which has led to Na'Comhrialtas having a peaceful and unchallenged rule for time immemorial.

Agriculture & Industry

Situated in the middle of Sisämeri Na'Comhrialtas has access to all the inland sea's bounty as well as the fertile lands of An'Croílár and as such are without a doubt the most prosperous of the continents within Ihmisen Keh'to even without taking into account the trade empire that they run which gives them access to just about every resource that the Four Nations have access to as well. As for industry, their self-created Cosán Na'Comhleá has made great advancements in varied Na'Conairí which allows them to solve the same issues the other nations have with the pick of their methods, usually combining all in their unique synergistic approach.

Trade & Transport

With their fleets of both maritime ships and airships for trade, Na'Comhrialtas is the most prosperous trade empire in all of Ihmisen Keh'to. Within the borders of An'Croílár neither vehicles, mounts, nor flight are rare for trade or transport - it merely depends on your level of wealth and affluence for which mode of transport you use.

Education

All citizens of Na'Comhrialtas receive a universal education, even commoners, however specialized training and education instead relies on an apprentice/master relationship within the various Guilds. Secondary education not relating to trades can only be sought after from various renowned scholars or the private libraries of various Lords.

Infrastructure

The lands of An'Croílár appear to be more akin to mixture of Fásach Draíocht and Talamh Biotáille with villages and temple complexes dotting the mountainous landscape with most of the land untouched like Tailte Fiaine rather than sprawling metropolises like Tír Tionscail (though laboratories and factories can still be found in just about every city and temple-like complex).

While the official currency of Na'Comhrialtas is the same as everywhere else revolving around precious materials and gems, within the Guilds themselves they use a system which limits what someone can have access to based on their rank and the merit they've achieved in those Guilds.
Major Exports
While they import much, Na'Comhrialtas exports very little, choosing instead to function as middle-man between the Four Nations through their Merchant's Guild. What little they do export tends to be resources rather than finished products, much less the combined efforts the Artisan's Guild has created by combining Na'Conairí such as Magitech, Alchemy, and the like.
Major Imports
Na'Comhrialtas welcome all the specialty products of the Four Nations to their lands, be it the beasts and artifacts of Comhairle na'Seanóirí, the magic artifacts and monsters of Ríocht na'Draíocht, the technological marvels of Aontas na'Aireagáin, or the spiritual talismans and formations of Sraitheanna na'Léaráide.
Legislative Body
As a federation of Guilds, the various Guild Masters (in concert) are in charge of creating the rules that govern the entirety of Na'Comhrialtas though the Lords determine the laws of their own Lord's Manor and the lands surrounding them.
Judicial Body
Each Guild and Lord's Manor has their own enforcement unit to make sure that the laws and rules of the Guild or Manor are followed by those within the territories belonging to each.
