Tailte Fiaine

To the north of Sisämeri is a vast wilderness, home to the Soturi Ihmisiä which are as wild as the lands they inhabit and more fierce than any of the Primordial Beasts dwelling there.

Geography

Untamed by man, the Tailte Fiaine is the vast region north of Sisämeri in which An'Croílár resides. Dense forests, open meadows, and harsh badlands make way to rugged highlands before finally making way for the great mountain ranges which permeate Ihmisen Keh'to. Such wilderness would show the untamed beauty of nature, if not for the fact that stopping in any one location to admire the view would likely make your final destination the stomach of one of the Primordial Beasts that seem to rule these lands.

Fauna & Flora

Wildlife within Tailte Fiaine is rich and diverse. From massive forests to mangrove swamps, the flora can be beautiful - though bizarre. It is the Primordial Beasts that are the most iconic life in the north however... be it tribes of feathered Deinonychus nearly as intelligent as the humans, giraffe-sized pterosaurs soaring in the air to carpet those below with fungal spores, or horrifying parasitic insects that live off of the lifeforce of the host but attack those that threaten it with deadly venom. Though (usually) no more intelligent than your average animal, their often massive sizes, strange abilities, and fierce demeanor make them deadly even to the Soturi Ihmisiä that call these lands home and spell doom for any outsider.

Natural Resources

A primordial wilderness such as this has many untapped resources. The towering trees, mineral deposits, and even the Primordial Beasts themselves are untouched by man - save for the Soturi Ihmisiä which struggle for survival here in the land of their ancestors. These resources remain untouched because the land is inhospitable to humans and even the native Soturi Ihmisiä have only been able to hunt and forage here because of their refined bodies, druidism, and gu art Primordial Beasts thanks to their Conairí, Cosán na'Hoiliúna.
