Tír Tionscail: The Megalopolis
Tír Tionscail is called The Megalopolis for a reason, with nearly all inhabitable land having been converted into a massive cityscape while even the countryside has every available resource converted into some factory or plant for production. It is the country of industry within Ihmisen Keh'to, ruled by Aontas na'Aireagáin.
Geography
Be it the natural topography or the effects of exploitation by the Aireagóir whom live here most of Tír Tionscail is a mixture of harsh badlands and desert, neither suitable for long-term habitation by the humans that live in the Western Nation. In fact, the only verdant land within The Megalopolis is along the coasts of the rivers to the north and south as well as along Sisämeri: The Inland Sea and most of that has been converted into agricultural lands to support the massive population of the city itself.
Fauna & Flora
Tír Tionscail has almost no native vegetation left within the continent, only sparse trees and bushes in the badlands and cacti within the desert while most of the nation's plant life is either grown for agricultural needs, imported by the wealthy, or the rare oasis. The wildlife is likewise limited, consisting of mostly scorpions, serpents, vultures, and the like but occasionally one will run across a mutant species affected by the pollution of The Megalopolis or whose existence is the result of some mad scientist or another.
Natural Resources
Tír Tionscail is rich in minerals, coal, oil, and other such resources which are derived from the bowels of the earth while they have a noticeable lack of trees and other plant-based resources.
