Manor

Governors of the various territories, mayors of cities, and other influencial members of Na'Comhrialtas all have their own Manor. These Manors may have differing appearances and architecture, but they all serve a similar purpose - the seat of government and base of operations for any powerhouse within An'Croílár.

Demographics

Generally, most of Na'Comhrialtas consists of Cinn Thógtha though the other sub-races aren't uncommon. The particular demography of each Manor depends on the influence of each Guild within its territory as different sub-races are more typically attracted to different Na'Conairí and each Guild has its own specialty.

Government

Each manor is governed at the whims of the Lord which governs it, within the laws of Na'Comhrialtas as a whole. However each citizen within the territory of a Manor must pay tribute to the Lord which most directly governs them, who pays tribute to his superior, all the way up to Na'Comhrialtas as a whole.

Usually each Manor has an organizational structure consisting of the Lord themselves at the top, acting as mayor or governor of the lands with several advisers who function as their ministers below. This typically consists of a steward in charge of house-hold affairs of the manor, a treasurer in charge of finances, a commander of arms in charge of the private military, a court wizard in charge of the arcane, and an artificer in charge of production.

Defences

Usually the Manors revolve around siheyuan or castle design with an enclosed courtyard complex for the Lord and their family and advisers surrounded by baiyles enclosed by walls with barracks for their guards. Actual defensive capability depends on the authority of the Lord, the size of their private armies, and the locations they own.

Industry & Trade

Every Manor is able to thrive on the overall infrastructure put in place in Na'Comhrialtas set up by the Guilds and even the most poor and rural Manor within An'Croílár is vastly superior to most settlements in the Four Nations. That said, each territory belonging to a Manor is greatly influenced by which Guilds the Lord belongs to with some hosting great bands of renowned mercenaries or mages, others skilled artisans or influential merchants.

Infrastructure

Though architecture varies based on the aesthetic sensibilities of the original owners, Manors themselves are almost always magnificent in appearance to show the prestige of the owner as well as defensively viable. The surrounding territory under the governance of each Lord varies based on their authority, but each has several towns and cities and the farmlands to support the population.

Assets

Anything within the territory of a Manor belongs to the Lord which owns it, but they must also offer tribute taxes to Na'Comhrialtas.

Guilds and Factions

Members of almost every Guild can be found across An'Croílár, but since most Lords are usually high-ranked members of one Guild or another the Guild they belong to usually has a higher presence in their lands.

Architecture

While the Manor itself is usually in a castle or siheyuan styled complex the lands belonging to them have towns and cities built in the typical An'Croílár style which seems to be a mixture of the Four Nations at a glance but has an appeal all its own.

Geography

The lands each Lord owns is based on the authority they hold within the Guilds, some have but a single town or mountain while others have vast counties under their control.

Natural Resources

Resources, like geography, varies based on the authority each Lord holds but just as the Lords with more authority hold more lands, so too do those lands have more productive lands with more valuable resources.
