Na'Conairí (/nə-ɔo-nɑɪ-ri/)

Na'Conairí, or The Paths, are the human's remnant Dao after long periods of isolation from the rest of Maailma. These traditions are separated by category and can be understood as the paths of science, magic, physical, and spiritual approaches but are so shattered as to prevent the Human species that dwell in Ihmisen Keh'to from attaining the Dao and ascending into immortality.

Na'Conairí are the all encompassing traditions of humans within Ihmisen Keh'to and govern many things, from how they approach day to day challenges to their occupational choices and just about everything else in life. Within each of the four nations, a single Conair (Path) is dominant but the rare genius either stumbles upon or is taught another while paragons may at best study three. Only in An'Croílár is it common for nearly everyone to be skilled in two Conair, geniuses in three, and paragons in four while the powerhouses almost always have already fused at least two paths together to create Magitech and other such combinations in their self-created Path, Cosán Na'Comhleá (The Path of Fusions).

Na'Conairí are as Follows:

• Cosán na'Hoiliúna (The Path of Training) from Tailte Fiaine in the North which focuses on the body, training it to the extreme and refining it into a treasure.

• Cosán na'Draíochta (The Path of Magic) from Fásach Draíocht in the East, harnessing arcane energies.

• Cosán na'Biotáille (The Path of Enlightenment) from Talamh Biotáille in the South which focuses on the mind and soul.

• Cosán an'Eolaíochta (The Path of Science) from Tír Tionscail in the West ranging from engineering to chemistry and all other aspects which seek to understand and harness the mundane world.

There are also two major derivative Conairí:

• Cosán Na'Comhleá (The Path of Fusion) from An'Croílár the central capital of Ihmisen Keh'to which combines various aspects of the other Conairí to create such results as Magitech and Warrior Priests.

• Cosán Na'Tālamēla (The Path of Synergy), created by Maitre Na'Daoine as the next step in evolution from Cosán Na'Comhleá which combines all Conairí into a perfect whole, greater than the sum of it's individual parts, and resparks the path of cultivation for humanity.
