Information: HUM-ANG-931 is the Princess of Tenerife and is the designated heir of the Anagi Clan of Vampires. Subject has an unbroken "Lillith" sequence of DNA (DIV-VMP-001). Countermeasures are in the process of being planned if this sequence ever awakens HUM-ANG-931 into the ancient Vampire Goddess. For now, there seems to be little danger of this occurring.

Tina spent most of her life growing up in vampire society in Tenerife, which gave her somewhat of a sheltered life in a way. She didn't interact much with non-vampires with the exception of of the Anagi's Werewolf allies. Non-vampires are always treated as lower beings, like commoners compared to aristocrats, and that was how Tina was raised. She was in for quite a shock when she moved to the States to finish her schooling at Manalith Academy, where only two dozen of the students are vampires.

The first and second years in the States went rather well. Living in a cramped dorm room with another girl, an Ice Elemental named Sakura Kori, was definitely different compared to the large room she was used to staying in at Castillo Nox. All the vampires wanted to be her friend, knowing the Anagi are one of the most powerful vampire clans in the world. Tina could hardly tolerate most vampires except the ones who didn't seem very interested in her position.

All the non-vampires avoided her except for Zachary Rosenrune, who she knew long before going to Manalith. She also eventually became friends with Anemone Drake and Leena Lahara, two elementals. Tina still sometimes talks in a highly aristocratic way, but thanks to them, she's mellowed out over the last year.

Then during the summer she was informed that she was to be in an arranged marriage with the heir of the Dragon Clan, Alucard Balaur. The union between the two would not only unite the two most powerful vampire clans, but according to their parents, also create the most powerful vampires to walk the earth in a thousand years. Even Dracula himself wouldn't be anywhere near their level.

Their parents' bluster aside, Tina didn't know how to feel about this. She knew Alucard from school and hated him, and Alucard was indifferent towards her at best. She also knew how important such a thing would be to her parents. She agreed to the terms of the marriage, which is set to happen next year after the two turn 18. Tina hates to admit it and she will aggressively deny it, but the person she actually has feelings for is Zack.

"W-wait, are you actually concerned about me? Oh, that is just Adorable! I can take care of myself Remi, leave this matter to us vampires!"

"What do you mean I have feelings for that Furball? That's not how vampire society works! You're just a lowly Demon who wouldn't understand!

Interests

Like many Vampires in the upper levels of society, Tina learned multiple foreign languages, knows several different dances, can play multiple musical instruments, knows fencing and swordplay, is practically an expert in economics and history. She knows it because she has to know it. The worst parts of growing was standing next to her parents for hours on end dealing with diplomatic stuff and learning cultural customs, so she knows as much about other clans and nations as she does Tenerife and the rest of Spain.

Literature

The first night Tina was at Manalith, her roommate Sakura was reading a manga with a pile of books next to her. Tina picked up a light novel, was curious and gave it a read. She knew just enough Japanese at the time to get by and by the end she wanted to read another, and then another. She told herself it was just a momentary indulgence, but Soon she had a growing collection of her own. Tina claimed she had standards, but by the end of the first semester, she had dozens of light novels and manga stacked on a bookshelf.

Tina reads plenty of books in her own language of course. Her parents had her read a variety of European literature that would influence her future as the leader of the Angi vampires. While she likes that too, there was just something about the exaggerated way Japanese stories present themselves that drew Tina in. She especially likes romance novels and cooking manga.

Regardless of national origin, Tina also reads an excessive number of stories about Vampires, taking delight in the many inaccuracies, but also loving the overblown the drama of the stories. Tina has dozens of posters stacked under her bed, depicting tall, dark, alluring Vampire characters from various popular media, but she won't hang them up out of the the sheer embarrassment she would feel if certain people ever found out.

"Tina, why's your bookshelf filled with.... Are these moon runes or somethin'?"
"How terribly uncouth of you Remi. That is Japanese. And the rest is in Spanish. Can you read it?"
"If it isn't in English, I'm not interested, so whatever..."
"Then stay away from my bookshelf. Such an, uncivilized, changeling like yourself wouldn't understand my refined vampiric tastes."
"I bet it's all sappy romance anyways..."
"Ugh... you dare!?! I have standards!"
(Remi is correct, dammit...)

"So what if I like cooking? You're definition of fun is shooting paintballs and rolling in the mud, so I don't want to hear it from you!"

"D-do you want to eat or not!?!"
- Tina

Food

Tina real passion in like is Food. Growing up, she almost always ate bloody meat, either medium rare or just not cooked at all. Western Vampires love their old traditions and during meals it is often the bloodier the better. Tina hated it. When she got to the States everything she ate was suddenly well cooked, and there was other foods besides flesh. She loved every new food she came across. Tina also traveled to Japan last summer where her friend Sakura introduced her to a whole new world of culinary delights.

Tina picked up cooking at some point after that and she can make a variety of foods from the Canary Islands, Spain, and beyond. Other aristocratic vampires are confused when they learn that Tina can cook. She's royalty can can have servants do it for her. Tina has her servants in Tenerife cook whatever she orders them too when she visits, and she makes a point at how obvious that arrangement is.

In the states however, she has to live in Manalith's dormitory. The Anagi have no fancy estates in Mystic like the Bloodthorns or Balaurs. She doesn't even have an off-campus apartment like the Kori-Nikusu does. In the common areas of the Girl's dorms is a kitchen. While most students use it to microwave tv dinners or some snack for their late night study sessions, Tina will often cook full meals. She doesn't make anything particularly lavish, instead cooking mostly simple foods.

In Tenerife, Tina often drank sangria or some other wine heavily diluted with blood. The iron taste always bothered her. When she got to the states, her friends had her picking up tea instead. Whether it was the Black tea the Bloodthorns drank, the Green tea the Nikusu preferred, or the Iced tea that many Americans drink, she loves it all. While most students get cheaper store bought stuff in cans or using a drink maker, Tina will brew it herself and often drinks with her friends in her dorm room or the common areas.

Family

Tenebris Anagi

Tina's father. Tenebris is descended from the vampires of mainland Spain, and his lineage can be traced back to the Vampire Lords of ancient Rome. Everything he does is calculated at giving his Kingdom and Clan an advantage in the future, even his interactions with his daughter. Not that he really interacted with Tina much unless she was present at a diplomatic meeting, meetings that take up nearly all of the Vampire Lord's time.

"You know Remi, I can understand your frustrations with your father never being home. I never see mine, even though he is home! Not unless I go to sit in on those positively boring and dull meetings he is always having... Not that I ever have a chance to speak to him."
- Tina

Faina Anagi

Tina's mother. Faina is from Grand Canaria and is descended from an ancient family of vampires that can trace their lineage throughout North Africa and the Middle East. Faina spent much more of her time tutoring Tina and teaching her many of the skills she knows instead of being a proper mother. Tina can't recall if her mother has ever actually shown her any affection.

"My mother... what shall I say about her? She is... my mother. Uhm.... What I mean to say is... ¡Odio a mi madre! ¡Siempre me presiona para que aprenda habilidades inútiles! ¡Y ella es quien arregló mi estúpido matrimonio!"
*Deep Breaths* "Alright, I feel better! I am going to make some tea now...
My servant Sara is a better mother than she ever was!"

Oher Notes

  • Tina has pet names she gives to many different people. Usually the nickname references their nature in some way, and Tina doesn't much care if they understand the reference or not.
  • These names are either in Spanish (Calling Zack "Perro" for Dog), a Japanese reference to some manga she's read (Calling Anemone "Fujin" when she get's angry), or just making a name excessively flowery for no reason (Calling Remi "Remilia" before she learned it was her actual full name.)
  • Most people just call Tina "Princess", which she finds an acceptable alternative. Sakura will call her "Chibi Hime" to annoy her because Tina was shorter.

  • Tina can speak and write in half a dozen languages with Spanish being the ones she is most fluent in. She can also speak and write Romanian, French, Italian, English, and Japanese, in that order of familiarity and skill.
  • Tina's speech is described as excessively refined no matter the language she speaks. She almost never curses, though a certain Changeling has driven her patience to the breaking point.

  • Tina has always had feelings for Zack, and Zack's current girlfriend, Anemone, endlessly teases her about it.
  • Anemone being a fleeting Wind Elemental, knows her relationship with Zack won't last forever, and would rather Tina get with Zack again than marry that Dragon Vampire...

    "Okay, that's fair..."
"I'm not done yet, My dear Remilia. Tell me, do you worship Mephistopheles or the Crawling Chaos? I heard one of them created your bloodline. Or do you worship the God that created the 99.99% of you that is HUMAN?"
"You mean God, like Capital "G" God? I thought Prometheus created us, or was it Marduk, or Odin, or Tetscali-I-can't-pronounce-his-name?"
"Don't You Fucking Start This Again Remi!!!"

  • Tina is a member of Manalith's Anime Club, Book Club, and Cooking Club. She was a member of the Debate Club.
  • Tina was on Manalith's Fencing Team but quit after getting a regional first place win last year. There were a number of rumors circulating around involving her and the first place winner on the boy's team. She quit to stop those rumors only to later learn that the boy also quit.

  • Tina is a practicing Catholic and is always in Church every Sunday. Vampire views on religion are paradoxically aligned with their mostly human side and not their diluted vampire ancestry.
  • Tina is in possession of the Crimson Sacrament A dagger-like cross made of white gold. A stylized version is on the Anagi Clan's coat of arms. This cross is an ancient weapon with quite a bloody history, which Tina knows very little of. She just knows she has it because she's the heir of the Anagi Clan.

  • In Tina's Dorm Room is an Antique Wardrobe that is actually a pocket dimension, giving her an excessively large closet where she stores an absurd amount of clothes in a nearly endless variety of styles. There is also a large vanity table in there.
  • There is a locked door on the other side of the wardrobe room that leads to Castillo Nox, but the door was locked by her parents.

  • Tina's name isn't Spanish, or Canarian, or Arabic like her mother's, or Latin like her father's. It is English. This is due to one of the many agreements Lord Tenebris made in the past. It was with the Lord of the Bloodthorn Clan, who as part of a verbal agreement stated that Tenebris was to name his firstborn child with an English name.
  • It was meant as a joke, and the Bloodthorn Lord assumed that Tenebris had far too much pride to do such a thing, but Tenebris took it very seriously, naming his daughter "Tina". In return the Bloodthorns gave up ownership of an estate in Gibraltar, which vastly shifted the power dynamics of vampires in the region.
  • Vampire Lords make petty verbal agreements like this all the time, and rarely are they actually followed up on. However, everyone takes Lord Tenebris seriously now, and no one jokes around him.
  • (AUTHOR's NOTE - I made up the character many years ago and wasn't sure of Tina's nationality yet. After deciding she was Spanish in some way, I made up an in-universe reason for it, showing just how silly and idiotic vampire politics can get...)
