Information: HUM-BRU-800 is a gifted practitioner of a variety of witchcraft common to the southern United States and the Caribbean. Scans on the subject's body have proven to be Anomalous. No action is to be taken against the subject for now.

Lulu's grandmother was a healer from Puerto Rico and taught her almost everything she knew about the local form of Brujería or Witchcraft. She is also oddly gifted with inscribing Ogham Runes, though doesn't really understand what they are.

By the time she was twelve, Lulu was casting advanced spells and making basic charms and talismans, which got the attention of several magical institutions across Florida and eventually nationwide, leading to a scholarship to Manalith when she was fifteen. Generally "lower" magic like cultural varieties of witchcraft is unregulated and ignored in America. It is seen as mostly harmless and most witches never really reach the level "higher" magic users like sorcerers, elves, elementals, and more are considered to be at. Lulu wants to change that perception.

Lulu is very clever and competent, and she is not afraid to make a statement when she feels she needs to. She laces her English and Spanish with numerous slang terms to trip up teachers and other students, and she does it on purpose. She isn't afraid to speak her mind to anyone, even the so called 'elite' students like vampires. Most students got used to her, eventually. One student Lulu is infinitely more patient with is Maria. With her, Lulu leaves out all the spicy speech, speaks more softly, and helps the deathly shy girl adjust to the cultural shock of being in an international school like Manalith.

While Lulu generally gets along with most students who can handle her personality, there has never been a positive interaction between her and Tina. This is part because neither are willing to lose an argument and part because Tina's aristocratic demeanor rubs Lulu the wrong way. She really hates how Tina's formal sharp speech always sounds like she's talking down to those around her. Numerous students have tried to broker a peace treaty between the two, though Lulu can't let go of the insults said against her and Tina just tries to pretend that Lulu doesn't exist.

"Hey, my feud with Tina is entirely justified! When we first met, she called my Brujería "rustic folk magic". That's a direct quote by the way! No I won't forgive her! As a vampire, she'll hold that over my head the rest of the year!
