Savannah Waverly

Savannah found out she was a water elemental when she was six. It was mid-August and Hurricane Hector had northeast Florida in the crosshairs. When Hector was closing in on the coast, Savannah's parents took her hand and led her to the beach across the street from their home. The winds were roaring and the waves were going well over their heads, but they were completely safe. They planted their feet in the sand and the water passed over them like it didn't exist. As the storm surge got higher and the water got deeper, Savannah saw the Undines playing in the water.

At Manalith, Savannah is calm and easygoing, most of the time... She doesn't care about all the student drama going on around her. Her grades are generally passable and she has no problem with the teachers. She is often found sitting near the fountain reading a book or laying in the grass looking at the clouds, wondering if Undines live up there too.

On the weekends, Savannah often goes to the beach, regardless of the time of year, and disappears into the water for hours at a time. This isn't out of the ordinary for water elementals because there is an Undine Settlement called Nerithea a few miles off the coast. Savannah isn't completely waterproof but she isn't in danger as she can go around twelve hours before she needs to breathe air.

Some students that made Savannah angry (which can take quite a bit of effort to do) find their clothes suddenly soaked with water and that doesn't seem to dry, even out in the sun. They need to either apologize to Savannah or find another water elemental who can remove the enchantment. Dozens of students have learned that Manalith's white uniform shirts are see-through when wet this way...
