Picking a Class given your Culture
Culture and class prevalences are not absolute, but are useful in understanding what cultures are like. They also imply familiarity with your class (or not) when you encounter a culture.
Picking a "rare" match, or especially a "none" match, is something for you and your GM to think and talk about. How and why did your character come to be such an unusual character class, given the culture you are from?
Note that Raios is a game-system-agnostic setting, so that people can play in Raios no matter the game system they are running. Because of this, the classes listed below don't exactly match the character classes of specific games. But we went with general descriptors of professions which are hopefully distinct and comprehensible enough that you can map them to specific classes in the game you are playing. Also, of course, there can be large differences between cultures even within these professions. An Arn longbowman is very different from a Sareisi horse Archer. Valtauri Elf spear fighters are very different from Valmyrri Elf fencers or Kharg Dwarf heavy infantry.
