Born from the ashes of the Unification War, Arcadia Sprawl represents Night City’s newest attempt at controlled chaos a glittering promise of rebirth layered over the wreckage of past empires. Created July 2070 (Post–Unification War Era) it is a northern coastal expansion of Night City, stretching along the reclaimed shoreline north of Watson and west toward the Cascadian Ridge. Constructed atop a mix of ruined suburbs and refitted military infrastructure, Arcadia Sprawl is both a proving ground and a dumping ground: a place where corporate idealism and street-level desperation coexist in uneasy balance.
Rain never really stops in Arcadia. Its skyline glows with endless neon corporate blues and reds slicing through perpetual fog. Drone traffic hums overhead while street-level generators sputter in alleyways below. It’s a district built on ambition and aftermath a neon scar on the edge of a city that refuses to die.
