1.1 Right To Refuse
Server Management reserves the right to pre-emptively blacklist, or remove people from the server that they regard as unfit for the server, either due to their prior or current conduct.
1.2 Loopholes & Ignorance
The rules below may contain loopholes. We expect you to use common sense in such situations; in most cases, if you think that something might not be allowed, it probably isn't. You can double-check things by using the ticket system on Discord, and/or asking a staff member.
Malicious loopholing will be treated severely; this means taking obvious routes to swerve past our written rules. Ignorance of the rules will not be entertained.
1.3 This is an English Only Roleplay Server
In Character or Out of Character, speak in English at all times on our server. We have a language system in place, using RPR, but please restrict all dialogue to written English. Choice phrases and idioms for flavor are acceptable, but otherwise, please type in English.
1.4 18+
Due to the inclusion of adult content or other mature themes, we restrict the use of our server to adults only. Those found to be underage will be removed from the server with no warning.
All characters must also be an adult and portrayed as such. Those found to be roleplaying a character as underaged will be severely punished.
1.5 Respect
Please treat everyone else on the server with respect at all times. We are all here to engage in a hobby. Please keep the server, both in Discord and in-game, free of any hostility. Be professional and cordial, even with someone you might despise.
While we allow the roleplay of negative themes from an In-Character perspective, we will not entertain these tones (e.g., harassment, derogatory language, slurs, homophobia, bigotry, racism, misogyny, misandry, sexism, etc.) on any out-of-character platforms; including Discord, Clan Chat, or any public space. Be nice to people. It really is that simple.

2.1 Safe For Work
The Discord server must remain entirely Safe for Work (SFW) in accordance with Discord guidelines. Any adult content, themes, or comments in text or voice channels will not be tolerated, except in text channels explicitly marked as NSFW.
2.2 Advertising
Without express permission from staff, do not advertise or attempt to poach members from our community to other communities, or from other communities to ours.
2.3 Illegal Content
Do not post or share illegal content. This includes, but is not limited to, discussions or depictions of child sexual assault/molestation, piracy, death threats, hate speech, real-world drug use or dealing, etc.
2.4 Streaming
Streaming to our Discord directly is allowed only for the purposes of showing off creative works in a private OOC setting, or asking for assistance. Streaming in-game content, such as an active roleplay scene, is prohibited. Streaming to external websites, such as Twitch or YouTube, under any circumstances will not be entertained.
2.5 Controversial Topics
Discussions of volatile topics in the Discord public channels will be heavily restricted. Religion, politics, and other possibly inflammatory topics should be kept entirely out of our server’s public spaces.
2.6 Discord/OOC
Discord posts are entirely OOC — Discord communication is in its entirety OOC. No posts in LFRP or in any channel aside from those within the Arcadia Media section are to be taken in any form as IC.
