Framed by cherry blossoms and stone lanterns, the site is meticulously curated to evoke solemnity, but the message is clear: Arasaka endures. The engraved names and glowing obelisks don’t mourn the lives lost in Johnny Silverhand’s attack, they remind every passerby that resistance is futile, and the corpos always rebuild.
