Industry & Trade
One of the few districts that functions throughout the day and night it is possible to get room and board of a meal at anytime with most major Inns, and drinking establishments never closing, having staff that cover both for the day and night trade, neither being any more quite than the other.
The trades that support the High Collages operate slightly more normal hours, though many of them can be found open late into the night.

Infrastructure
This district is constantly under going some building works, to increase the size of popular Inns, or add new floors to overcrowded lodging houses.
The streets are lit with an exceptionally high number of magical street lights making it near as bright as day in the depths of night, all be it with a multi coloured hue
