Dwarves
Dwarves are one of the main kinds of anthroests that exist in Ayrath, being among the main four that exist there (and the same four that came together to create The Union of Tarnyk). Dwarven culture has largely evolved to exist around mining and living underground, as they're the race best fit to do so- They're small, allowing them to mine out smaller spaces to live in while having significantly more physical strength compared to smaller anthroests for mining out said spaces.

Geographic Origin and Distribution
Dwarves are distributed all across Ayrath (with some also existing in The Under Realm), although the majority of them live in the Dwarven Kingdom (and Excepiterra). Dwarves are among the most populus anthroests in Ayrath and The Surface Realm, being one of the four most common kinds of anthroests out there.
Average Intelligence
Dwarves are generally considered to be among the dullest and least intelligent anthroests out there. However, this is far from the case... dwarves actually possess a wealth of knowledge that they as a people accumulated over the 400,000 years of their existence, and possess many nuggets of knowledge that they keep secret from the rest of Ayrath for their own personal gain. Dwarves aren't only masters of the mine- their masters of engineering as well. In fact, there are recent rumors that the Dwarven Kingdom has been developing firearms similar to those being developed in The Under Realm.
Civilization and Culture
Naming Traditions
The dwarves have a rather unique naming tradition- A dwarven child's last name is that of their father's first name, and their first name starts with the same letter that their mother's first name ends with. So, for example, if a dwarven child's parents are named Rex and Marrow, the dwarven child may be named Wren Rex.
Major Organizations
The major organization most linked with the dwarves is the Dwarven Kingdom- as it should be. However, the dwarves are also rather heavily involved in Excepiterra and were one of the main anthroests involved in the Tarnyk Union. Dwarves have been involved in almost every major political organization in the history of Ayrath, whether their involvement was big or small.
Beauty Ideals
The dwarves typically find large and dramatic body features attractive, and not just those that most anthroests do- large eyes, noses, ears, hand, and feet too! By extension, dwarves also find taller dwarves more attractive. However, while this is the societal norm, there are some dwarves that find different features attractive in dwarves.
Average Technological Level
Dwarves are among the most technologically advanced kinds of anthroests in Ayrath. They are responsible for many of the technological advancements in the early days of scientific discoveries, creating several of the first mines and refining some of the first metals. The dwarves would later go on to be the ones to refine the tools of war far more than any other anthroests, before becoming the first to industrialize following the end of the Tarnyk Union. And recently, rumors have begun to spread that the dwarves have been manufacturing a new kind of weapon in the Dwarven Kingdom, similar to those supposedly being developed in The Under Realm.

Like all anthroests, dwarves are commonly found speaking Common. However, they also have their own language that is commonly used within the Dwarven Kingdom- Dwarvian.
History
Dwarves were among the first anthroests to diverge in evolution from Anthrones, having existed in Ayrath for nearly 400,000 years. However, their recorded history begins with that of many other kinds of anthroests- 20,000 years prior to the establishment of the Tarnyk Union.
