Torn

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Torn barely resemble the human shapes they once were. The Glitch that made them self aware was a referencing error similar to the Manimal and Animan but to an exaggerated degree. Most Torn resemble giant fleshy tumble weeds that convulse when they move. Most Torn have some part of themselves that remain peculiarly unaffected by the distortion (often the face and/or hands). Some Torn have found that if they do a certain action or meet a certain criteria they regain their human shape for brief periods before once again scattering outwards. The older a Torn gets the more scattered they become eventually becoming unable to move without aid. Their minds also begin to scatter in a manner similar to their body.

CULTURE

Most Torn are used to being regarded as a spectacle and greet this spotlight with a sense of joviality. Torn are a somewhat uncommon race in the Oob as many were not able to make the journey do the severity of their Glitch. Some regard their Glitch with such disdain that they will chase the moments where they return to their original form with such vigor that they will only do the action in which they regain their solid form. It was a Torn who began the Instructionism Cult believing that the action that allowed him to regain his original form was what the Dev wanted him to do which was why the it was gifted to him.
