Marinas
History
Territories
Military
Port guards are common in many towns, though Marinas has no official standing army. It has provisions to raise a levy in case of war.
Technological Level
Firearms and gunpowder are limited to nobility. Iron weapons and armor are plentiful. Artificers have yet to inspire the population with their larger creations as materials are deeply limited due to international trade scarcity.
Religion
Foreign Relations
The majority of the Marinesian population lives in small fishing villages across the coastline. However larger towns in key points along the coast like Point Crou, Tarsun, and Tailwind have sprung up around what originally were just easily defensible coastal castles, though none come close to the size and splendor of true cities like those in Issryd or back in Kint. The racial makeup of Marinas reflects its history as a migrant destination. The original populace of Halflings and Kender are ubiqutous, particularly in the major towns. Smaller villages tend to have more homogenous populaces of elves, dwarves, humans or other species. Upper nobility generally reflects the local populace in each town.
Agriculture & Industry
The seas off the coast are abundant with marine life, perhaps due to the lack of liveable seas further north. As such the various aquaculture industries of Marinas boom.
Trade & Transport
Education
No public education, most grow up within their own families and small industrial locales. Upper nobility benefit from tutors mainly brought in from the the Republic or across the ocean from Kint.

Gazetteer
A coastal kingdom with a long history of fishing and maritime industry, Marinas lies just above the border between Selarr and northern Issryd. Their longstanding kinship with Xinsas and friendship with the Locathah of Gorb has allowed them to function as a cornerstone of peaceful civilisation and trade on the eastern coast.
Currency
The Gold Mark (equivalent to GP) and Iron sigils (CP) are commonly used in both Xinsas and Marinas, however at port towns and in the capital all kinds of foreign currency can be freely exchanged.
Major Imports
Wheat and grains are imported from Xinsas, and produce through from Laktun. Gems, rare ores, silver and copper are brough across the ocean from the Free Cities or south from occasional trade from Okrun
