Gazetteer
A fiercely independent nation of mages, that fucntions as a singular communal economy, Aibae is proudly unwelcoming to outsiders. Their riches from centuries of stranglehold over the international shipping industry has allowed them to defend from outside interference through economic influence rather than with martial strength.
The central island on which the capital Ignith is located is off-limits to non Ai.
Many native Ai have particular disdain for non-Ai Genasi, who they see as mundanes and enemies of the future of magical ability.
Currency
Mages within Aibae can access any items they require without currency. Externally they accept payments in Free Cities Korgiths.
