Report: Lille's military forces

Author: Colonel Pierre de SurmontDate: 66 days post-Mist — Confidentiality: Public
Objective
Answer the Lillois's legitimate questions about the way they are defended against the Mist.
  Background
Since the Mist killed 99% of humans and the French government fell, the Triumvirate has invited the survivors in the North of France, Belgium, South East of England, Luxembourg, South West of the Netherlands, and West of Germany to join us in Lille to form the largest gathering of survivors and biggest Mist research centre. Despite our size, se can guarantee your defence against the Mist and here is how we are doing it.

Missions

Main missions
  1. Protect against the Mist monsters.
  2. Detect Mist anomalies and potential Mist contamination.
  3. Contain potential contaminated individuals.
  4. Prevent survivors from killing each other out of paranoia or stress-inducing quarrelling.
