Background
The triumvirate is a natural political alliance of 3 individuals to protect and lead the survivors of Lille's Camp.
"Triumvirate" is an unofficial nickname that became official when we manage to create more important relationships with other survivor groups and a title became necessary. Its member then naturally became "Consuls". The rest of the New Government of Lille developped from there.

All Lillois can agree that the triumvirate has proven that it has our best interests at heart and the skills to defend them. It's obvious the Parisians are only spreading lies to destabilise our group in order to take advantage of our resources—and it's not as if we have refused to share them with them!
