Húnayána Nóruimëoi

Húnayána Nóruimëoi stands as a grim reminder of a dark past. Located between Nendë Telpingwë and Nendëlúlë, on the eastern side of the channel connecting them, the temple was once dedicated to Inas, the evil god of cats, deception, and trickery. A monument to the horrors of the Age of Chains, the temple lies in ruins, its once-imposing structure now crumbling and overgrown.

The temple complex was a sight to behold in its heyday. A large open courtyard, now choked with weeds, once held a shallow pool, the water now stagnant and stained a sickly green. Faded murals depicting scenes of wealth and tribute, with servants bringing treasures to the temple, adorn the crumbling walls, many obscured by creeping vines and moss. A massive building, now reduced to a skeletal framework, housed the priests and servants of Inas. Rumors persist of hidden dungeons beneath the temple, where untold horrors were said to have taken place.   Húnayána Nóruimëoi is considered a cursed place. Few dare to venture near the ruins, for those who do often return with chilling tales. Whispers of unseen eyes watching, a malevolent presence lurking in the shadows, and strange, unsettling sounds echoing from within the ruins are common. Many believe the spirits of those who suffered within the temple still linger, their torment forever bound to the cursed ground.
