Dhol Tharum

Dhol Tharum is a bustling dwarven town nestled within the eastern slopes of the Eredlaica Mountains. A unique blend of above-ground and subterranean living, the town carves a distinct presence in the mountainside. Dwarves, with their sturdy builds and love of stone, form the majority of the population, but the town also plays host to a diverse community of halflings, goliaths, humans, and even a small enclave of orcs who have found a place in the Town.   Mining remains the cornerstone of Dhol Tharum's economy. Dwarven miners delve deep into the mountains, extracting precious metals and gems. These resources are then traded to the larger dwarven city of Dehur Orhim, facilitated by the Tomar Vreg, is a major source of income. Furthermore, some of the Goliath and Orcs have taken to mercenary work, their strength and resilience highly valued in the wider world.
