Mélamar

Mélamar, the hidden heart of Brethil Eryn, is a city unlike any other. Built in harmony with the forest, the city's structures seem to grow organically from the trees themselves, their roots intertwining with the very fabric of the forest. The buildings are adorned with intricate carvings and vibrant murals, depicting the beauty and magic of the natural world. Crystal-clear pools, fed by underground springs, dot the city, reflecting the shimmering canopy above.   The wood elves of Mélamar are a reclusive people, living in harmony with the forest. They are skilled hunters and gatherers, utilizing the forest's bounty to sustain their community. The elves are also renowned for their craftsmanship, creating intricate jewelry, weapons, and musical instruments from wood, bone, and stone. However, they are most known for their skills at Herbalism and understanding of the forest's medicinal plants. Their healers are sought after by many, renowned for their ability to treat a wide range of ailments.   While the elves are generally a peaceful people, they are fierce defenders of their homeland, and will not hesitate to protect their forest and its inhabitants.
