Bulkhead Dolphinfish
Bulkhead dolphinfish are a large species of fish found in the surface waters of the Osao Ocean. They are most commonly found around the Inky Isles in Aecotia and around North Eastern Uaelor, within the Uaelor Sea.
Not a snack, but the whole meal
Bulkhead dolphinfish can grow up to three metres in length. They are prized with fishers for their bright colouration, difficulty with catching as they put up a fight, and their size.
They are rarely eaten in the shores of Southern Aecotia; purchasing a single dolphinfish will set you back at least a thousand charms.
Need for Speed
Bulkhead dolphinfish are one of the fastest fish on the planet, swimming at speeds of up to eighty miles per hour. They are built for speed, and 90% of their body mass is muscle. Due to their strength, they have the record for the most slimes dragged into the water from fishing.
Slimes stand next to no chance catching bulkhead dolphinfish; only the strongest of rods, which in recent years have been built attached to boats, can withstand the sheer strength of these animals. Slimes are helpless against these fish, but the desire to eat them is too strong so they don't give up.
