Noble families

This is a list of all noble houses, with a short description of the more powerful ones.   Royal families are those that sit upon the thrones in the four kingdoms.   -Larrentell.
The Larrentell family sits upon the High Throne of the The kingdom of Invar. With a castle sat upon a mountain top, it is nearly impossible to even attack. They Gained their power from training Silverwings who live on Crestfall Summit. While there is a narrow road up the mountain, the main mode of transportation is Silverwings.     -Rheagon.
Vast fields of crops and peasents are under the Rheagon familys control. With a large standing army, and even larger one to summon in times of war, the Rheagon family has secured power and influence. Producing much more food than they need, they trade with just about anyone, keeping them rich enough to sustain their army. They sit on the Green Throne of the The kingdom of Valderfell.     -Mair.
Sitting on the Mountain Throne, the Mair family controls the The kingdom of Clir. Being the oldest family in the four kingdoms, the Mair family has earned much respect. Their castle sits in a valley surronded on all sides by mountains, only a singel pass leading in. From there they have been able to exert their influence till they became a kingdom.     -Tyver.
The Northern Wilds had long been considered too harsh to settle. However, the Tyver family managed to esthablish many towns throughout the cold and barren tundra. It took them many years but as more and more families plegded themselves to them, they grew into a kingdom. Having close to no soil to grow crops, the Tyver family instead focused on herding animals, and now massive herds can be found throughout the The Northern Kingdom. Their army consist mainly of cavalry so they can patrol the vast strecthes of land. A small castle was built to house the Tyver family far to the north, and here they sit on the Frozen Throne leading the kingdom.       Great families have much power or influence, almost rivaling that of the royal houses.   -Bluestar.
The Bluestar family gained power after they created Bluesteel, able to hold many more Runestones than normal steel. By selling a Bluesteel weapon once a year to the highest bidder, they became rich, as other families scrambled to get such an exotic and powerful weapon.     -Harrenheart.
Living deep in the Emerald Forest, the Harrenheart family has been able to grow in peace. They harvest wood from the forests around them, but only taking old trees and letting new ones grow so as to never run out. They use this wood to build homes and trade with other families. In their forest the Harren tree can be found. Named after them the Harren tree makes the best bows in the world, being highly flexible and sturdy.     -Beddar.
While many consider halflings to be weak and inconsequential, the Beddar family is known in all four kingdoms. They rose to power by being political advisors and counselors. Overtime they became a place of neutrality, where enemies could come to make peace. They cemented their role by constructing the The White Keep, whose only banners are the white banner of peace. Only the The White Guard is allowed to carry weapons within the keep. To serve best in this unique role the Beddar family has been declared exempt from the rule of kings, and do not need to swear loyalty to any kingdom.     -Nannaan.
The only larger family living in a desert, the Nannaan family was able to claim ownership over half of the The Naryili Desert. About 300 years ago they discovered a massive deposit of Dragonstone in their lands. Over the years they quickly doubled the worlds mining of Dragonstone, which was named in their honor, before it was simply known as obsidian. Ever since they have mined at least half the amount of Dragonstone in the world each year, earning plenty of money trading it with other houses.       Noteable families, not nearly as strong as the greater families, although they still hold power or influence for one reason or another.   -Blackiron.
The Blackiron family lives insides Crestfall Summit under the Larrentell family. They produce most of the arms and armour for their elite forces, because they know how to make Blacksteel. While not highly magical, Blacksteel is almost twice as strong as normal steel.     -Telleros.
With a long tradition of practicing magic, the Telleros family has many wizards. This helps them be strong despite low population. In addition plague and famine has never taken root in their lands.     -Arii.
Considered horrible fighters by any other family, the Arii make their living forging Dragonstone into Runestones. Their techniques make them faster than any other house without losing any quality. For this reason many houses employ their service.     -Fren.
The only reason the Fren family holds any power, is because they built a castle in the middle of the The Darinna River with bridges connecting the two sides. Much trade runs through, and they earn their money by tolling everyone who wants to cross.     -Tarur.
From an island, the Tarur family earned a reputation as raiders in the years before kingdoms. But as the rest of the world grew more powerful they decided to not provoke sleeping giants, and instead started working as traders and warships for hire. However, it is not unheard of that a Tarur ship will raid the occasional fishing village.     -Balderen.
A smaller family, the Balderen family has earned money by training elite bodyguards called the Crimson Eyes. Trained in pairs they have excellent teamwork and are top of the line fighters. Many nobles buy them for security, however they are expensive at 10.000 GP a pair.     -Shiyne.
Knowing the location of multiple Phoenix nesting areas, this family risk their lives to garther Phoenix feathers, egg shells, dust and even poop. It all sells for good money letting them live comfortably.     -Kaldham.
For a smaller house the Kaldham family owns a lot of land, because they breed horses, and a few other exotic mounts. While this does not make them super rich, they earn enough money to easily get by.
