Bluesteel

Bluesteel is a unique and magical metal made by the Bluestar family. They have guarded the secrect on how to make Bluesteel extremely tightly, and thus, only rumors exist about how it is made. Some think they melt gems and steel together, and others think it is water made metal.
The ensure the secrect of production, only 4 people are allowed to know how to make Bluesteel at a time. 3 masters and 1 apprentice. Once a master dies, the apprentice takes their place and the training of a new apprentice begins.

Bluesteel and Blacksteel are considered the two best materials to make weapons and armour with. Bluesteel is seen as best for weapons, and Blacksteel best for armour.



In-game rules:
Runeslots only cost half price to make on a Bluesteel item, and the magical nature of Bluesteel makes it so any Runestones can be put into any slot on a Bluesteel item.
Armor made from Bluesteel has -1AC and shields made from Bluesteel only give +1AC instead of +2AC.
Weapons made from Bluesteel add +2 to their damage rolls.
