In Memory of the Charade

In a quaint magic shop nestled in Murmire, the elven proprietor seemed to know Ruffstrom Darkridge personally. She presented him with a teleported message from an old acquaintance of theirs. Some of the party observed as the message unfolded: a gnome residing near Rafnica had concealed something significant from Ruffstrom some time ago, an artifact that was now causing him considerable distress. The gnome pleaded for Ruffstrom’s assistance, and the elven shopkeeper also implored him to investigate the matter.
  While Ruffstrom is no more, the mystery still beckons. If anything, with their newfound wealth the party is sure to find something interesting in the wealthiest city in the world.
