Blades in the Shadows
A vast international criminal enterprise spreads its tendrils all over Ticossia, originating from the Vendish Underdark. From under the city of Skádiv, the Shadowed Blades boss Velenar Drak'thar involves himself in business from Bravia to Danaï, where he has gained quite the stake.
As an ally of Medacnan and an enemy to party patron Cricket Elmswhil, Drak'thar's demise could be a worthy goal to work towards. There's just the matter of getting close enough...
Shadowed Blades in Danaï
- The party first crossed swords with the Shadowed Blades at Cricket's Castle, Miserth Keep, preventing the assassination of Cricket by Sylvaera and none other than former party member Larnala.
- Velenar Drak'thar has a large stake in Danaï, and relies on his lieutenants to stay on top:
- Tassira “The Bloom” Virellian — an elf club owner and prolific racketeer. She runs her business from The Miracle Blossom Club.
- Brennik Groathammer — a dwarven engineer who operates out of Groathammer Enterprises, one of the largest factories in Danaï.
- The party discovered through Quentin, Pen Ding's old mentor and associate of the Shadowed Blades, that Selk Varn — a half-drow politician and member of the Auric Hall — is the third lieutenant of Velenar.
