Bravia
Bravia is not a country in the traditional sense—more like a loose union of warlords. Born from chaos and overdue invoices, it is a land where mercenaries rule, loyalty is negotiable, and the closest thing to a constitution is a well-worded contract.
Founded in 2878, when the region’s mercenary companies declared independence from the Kingdom of Aria, Bravia has since operated under a brutal sort of pragmatism. There are no kings. There are no lords. There are just companies, coin, and an Assembly that exists solely to prevent the whole experiment from exploding more than once a year.
It hasn't worked. But it hasn’t entirely failed either.
