Hazran Plains
Originally called the Great Plain, the Hazran Plains are a seemingly endless stretch of uninteresting grasslands that eventually give way to jungle, desert, or mountain depending on the direction of travel. The area has potential for habitation near the Eleteth and the Laerin rivers, both of which are hundreds of miles long.
Geography
The plain is flat with little of interest except for a few villages or small jungle areas. Cave systems can be found there, all of which are huge and unmapped, but they are so difficult to find that they remain as legend only to most. Further North the plain turns sandier until turning completely into desert, with the transition happening so gradually that it is imperceptible until large distances are traveled.
Fauna & Flora
Buffalo and horses can be seen around the edges of the plain, with predatory hounds and felines stalking them constantly.
Natural Resources
Horses can be found here, and buffalo can be hunted for meat. The caves have coal in them, but are hard to find and dangerous to traverse.
