Harchester
Archivist's Excerpt from: Orphan Heights: An Official History, CVI 42.4
Harchester is where the trams run loudest, the kitchens cook hottest, and the people drink hardiest. Nowhere is camaraderie met with faster back-slaps and insults returned with faster right-crosses than in Harchester. This, at least, is how they are described by themselves, and who's to question that?

Harchester boasts (without being proud about it) some of the densest housing in Orphan Towne, stacked in rows and curving lanes in brownstone houses one after another. There are businesses and the occasional park, but most of Harchester is the homeland of the men and women who labour to keep Orphan Towne churning its light into the long months of dark.
