Aliens' space travel
The Aliens live in a galaxy that is very far from any world occupied by
Humans. Both species have nevertheless come in contact with each other on several occasions, every time ending in blood bath—for the Humans.
However, in all this time, Humans have remained ignorant of the Aliens' ability to change shape and of their intelligence level, especially because no Human who has ever encountered an Alien spaceship has lived to tell the tale.
This discretion has been possible thanks to the fact that Aliens' spaceships can travel over very long distance extremely fast thanks to s a special technology:
Space Wheels. These are gigantic wheels floating in space with a black hole in their centre. When activated, the wheel use psy energy to open the black hole, "activating" it. The psy energy used affect the vibration of the black hole, and when it is identical to that of another black hole, they both became "entangled". This means that the space between them folds to create a pocket that allows for the quick crossing from one to the other.
In the past, Aliens have used classic space travel to place Space Wheels in different regions of the universe, and they can now use them to come back quickly to these places. The expansion of human civilisation has recently reached the area serviced by the farthest Wheels, causing the more and more frequent encounters.
A bigger confrontation between the two species is only a question of time.
