Admiral Thron could be a non-human Kwisatz Haderach, or at least an attempt at one.

Maybe Thron wants to remove the current Empress, allowing Yeager's Twi'lek daughter to take the throne(?).
 
Procopia is probably highest on Alex/Sargon's list of things to destroy.
 
Her aunt will tell her contacts on Coruscant.
Danar Vorpadaran will tell contacts on Coruscant, using Ivan, not using General Kerplokken's contacts. That was a big thing.
 
Vanya theorizes that Sargon & Thron got stuck in another galaxy because they tried to bomb Procopia with hyperspace missiles.
And Mentat final solution
lost a hyperspace route. Vanya has a cousin, Count Vladomir Vorharkonnen.
Maybe he really intends to go from Procopia to bomb Geddi Prime. She contacts clones, Wrecker and Tech. And she uses Davish's com to contact her cousin on Geddi Prime, Count Vladomir Vorharkonnen, where a complete copy of the Bene Gesseritt Lansrad archives are located, and asked/told him to defend it and the rest of his protectorate.

At Chalcedon, I abused the local planetary flight control hinting that all their lives were in danger and got them to send a sensor ping in concert with my sensor ping from Captain Koleen''s ship. The cloaked ship shimmered for a second. It was/is a very tough ship.
